You are just wrong wit that take my friend @Sidc3000 1/ Meatballs & staff have preached offensive hockey, if you hadn’t noticed. 2/ Dahls is in Norris talk & has been a TOP NHL D man (who can absolutely activate & provide offense). THAT’s why he was picked #1 overall (I was actually at that draft in Dallas - not that that means anything). 3/ Power is TOP rookie (& ANOTHER #1 overall pick). He has by far played the most minutes on D, and has been stout. BOTH are only going to get better.

WAIT. Really? I counter with Dahls, Power (overall #1 picks), & Muel. Joker should move to 3rd line, and get a D4 to play with Power in offseason. Boosh & Stillman D 6/7. NEXT YEAR… even then will be an area to build upon.

I know we are not likely to break the string again. That said, if you would’ve asked me before the season if I would take Boys in playoff chase with 5 games to go……I would’ve taken it. Our young in’s are gaining experience. Growth is never a straight line up. CAR is skilled veteran team. Many of our boys are still growing into their bodies & developing their games. That said beat the kandy kanes!!!!
