Totally screwed up the off season assuming young ins would improve over career years, not getting needed veterans and real "blue collar" hard hat guys to help better round out the team. TNT even said the other night, they have all the same kind of player. I don't think there is a grit guy on the team today.... I will give credit for armature scouting, but the pro personnel department is in the...... oh hey Eddie!
