I don't think Babcock is the answer. Toronto still underperforms for the talent they have so it wasn't all him either (abuser or not) I do think a better coach is the answer, The big questions...Who? When? Where do you look for this supposed savior? Since Lindy left, all of our coaches have had 1-2 qualities that would seem to make them desirable, but they certainly weren't guys who had all the checkmarks on the list. Each one of them a "B" list candidate in my book. It doesn't seem like we'll ever attract an "A" list candidate unless we hit on a "diamond in the rough" coach.

I can't imagine how that would feel to be on another continent and not with his father (and his mother and family). He's a young man and those emotions are difficult for anybody let alone being so far away. Condolences to Linus and family. FOR SURE, If we had a normal season with our great fans in the stands at the Arena, Linus would know how much Sabres fans care the first time he stepped on the ice. Agreed.....Its been going on for what seems like an eternity. Washington played like they did not respect whatever physicality we have (next to none). Many argue that you don't need players with toughness as a primary feature of their game in the NHL of today but I disagree on that one.
