I don’t know what to say other than they refuse to exert any kind of “nasty” or “snot” to their game. Do they really think when they get to the point that they make the playoffs that they are going to be able to dance around every team? No way, they are going to have to have the piss and vinegar game that every team brings to the playoffs

***** non call on Letang. Sabres not getting that call because they have been bottom dwellers for years, Refs have always done that…. Successful teams with Star players always get the benefit on plays like that. Okposo had every right to be enraged about that nom call UPL stinks, I’ve seen enough of him Pittsburgh’s experience and coaching were the real difference makers. If anybody thinks we are ready to be in the playoffs better look at what the Penguins did to us the last two games. We are not ready for the playoffs. We would get swept by a team like this and it would be an embarrassment. We have a lot to fix yet…. A lot.

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that we outplayed them for most of the game. We did not score when we should have. ONCE AGAIN, the other teams goalie is better in a close scoring game. NO GOALIE = NO progress in the standings. Are we a better team this year? Yes Are we exciting to watch? Yes Are we moving up in the standings? NO

What's the over/under on the number of fans showing up for the game at Keybank? Had like 11,000 for TB on Monday......Figuring if Bills are on we will likely see a very small crowd.....say 7,000?

Just got back home from the game… Disappointing crowd for a division rival and a team that has recently won two cups. I know it’s a Monday night but TP needs to understand something. 11.000 is not getting it done. The “ let’s watch the kids develop “ mode is a money loser. Luukkonen sucks, I’m sorry he just does. He’ll never be a legit NHL goalie (at least not for the Sabres…lol ). Another “swing and a miss” from a former GM. Granato didn’t recognize that after the Skinner goal that made it 5-3. Cooper stuck out his big boys and they just “steamrolled” the Sabres in front of the net and scored faster than he could say “we should have been ready for that”. Cmon Donnie, You didn’t think they would make an immediate response to getting scored on?

Although a Sabres fan, I was watching the Leafs and Hockey Night in Canada every Saturday night. Salming was a standout and my favorite TML.
