Its obvious to me....didn't need a player poll to confirm for me that 1) The losing, the futility, dare I say the "California Golden Seals of the modern day NHL" impression we give off drives them away 2) The lack of money spent on anything regarding the organization 3) Players talk when they leave, everybody knows what a sh** show we are internally However: By the same token, if we ever get around to changing those things (Ha Ha Ha), word gets around fast

I could give a ***** if they won. They are going nowhere. The needed a response. Don't want to ruin the 5 minute penalty? FINE....score a goal on that ensuing PP and not give up the shorty. When you have the 3 goal lead again.....RUN one of the "Hughes" darlings, and I mean RUN them, and then get ready to Brawl. It is how this kind of thing gets handled. What do you think the Bruins, Flyers or Panthers response would be, especially in their own building? Even in today's NHL, It would be exactly what I described...... Of course I am fantasizing about this because the Sabres are the biggest collection of Sissy Mary's in the NHL.

This I agree with but it also scares me. Why? Is Terry going to go all out with his pocket book? One could argue that he hasn’t really done it. I mean he has spent but not in epic proportion . And the one time he did …Von Miller… could be considered money poorly spent for the production that has been returned….and we all know how he has closed his pocket book to the entire Sabres organization. ( please don’t engage me in the argument that he spends money on the Sabres, he doesn’t, he’s so cheap he squeaks)

In feel the end of the year assessment is still the same as last year… I still think… 1) We need better receivers 2) Von Miller is still a waste of money, need a better D line. Secondary needs help too 3) Our special teams are suspect at times 4) McDermott coaching is suspect at times 5)You need home field advantage for playoffs , it doesn’t guarantee anything but you need it, You can toss away games in the regular season ……Just ask the Sabres they’ll tell you 🤣

Couldn’t agree more. And for those of us who remember 2-12 Bills teams (Yes, we had a 14 game seasons for the young folks). The fans were brutal on the Bills. And by the way it would not be unusual to see a late December home game at was then called Rich Stadium with 20,000 fans. Incidentally, those were the years where the Sabres were the pride of the Buffalo sports faithful. Ralph Wilson’s name was mud in this town until the four super bowls run. The fans are one and the same. We just don’t appreciate sh** from our teams One more thing… the Bills will suck again, someday…. Be prepared….
