One of my regrets was not going to Lake Placid to see SLU lose in National Championship game to St Cloud State in 1988. My buddies wanted me to drive an hour or two through freezing rain. I said F that and watched it from the comfort of the fraternity house. Actually, that may have been the right decision!

I spent my college years in Canton at St Lawrence U. Great D1 hockey school a couple hours north of Syracuse (where Tuch grew up).
