This is an AHL level roster performing the way you would expect an AHL roster to perform against NHL teams.

As a matchup this is the equivalent of a team with no pass defense whatsoever and the worst QB in the league playing Josh Allen and the Bills. (Come to think of it that scenario sounds like playing the Bengals if Joe Burrow was out with an injury)

Their GM is comically unqualified to be in the position he is in and is failing horribly and desperate. Since the money I spend on Sabres tickets is being used to fund the Bills stadium and not on improving the least successful team in hockey history or the worst arena in all of pro sports they should at least be nice enough to hook me up with a Division Champs shirt or hat.

He's virtually the only forward on the entire roster who plays the way you need to play in order to win in the NHL.

Man did some people learn the absolute wrong lesson from that west coast trip where they Timothy Dexter'd their way to 3 completely undeserved wins.

I for one am shocked that a team that does nothing but take perimeter shots with nobody anywhere near the net has trouble scoring. You would hope they learn from how they came back that the only way you succeed in this league is to get to the net.

Easy solution: Call Scott Malkin and ask to borrow the blueprints for UBS Arena and modify it slightly to get to an 18k capacity.

Um guys, the Bills are NOT the team whose future you should be worrying about. It's the hockey team that is currently the biggest failure of an organization of all time playing in a decrepit shithole of an arena having spent well over a decade poisoning the market so bad it makes Love Canal look pristine by comparison.

If Adams makes a big move I'd all but guarantee it ends up one of the all time trade blunders. Other teams view him as a mark to be conned and will make him terrible offers with the hope he's so desperate he bites. When sharks smell blood in the water you know what happens...
