I think I'm generally happy with my selections. A lot of my guys are from out West, so I'll have to wait til the morning after to judge how I did. I'm really only one deep at goalie with Thomas. So I'll probably be scouring the early waiver wire looking for a surprise starter. Either that, or I have to hope Vokun and Washington aren't a good fit and Neuvirth gets some starts. Ended up with two Sabres (Vanek and Leopold) and two expats (Briere and MacArthur).. My best line will be Vanek, Kessler, Bourque Really like the two Util positions this year. That will ease some difficult choices. Picked 16 so I had back-to-back picks each time.. Kinda liked that...

Doesn't the new CBA book mark his rookie salary? I think they'd do it because they have to pay a first round, top of the scale salary (based on their projected finish) anyway. Last year RW came out and said that he understood his mistake and would draft a real QB this year. Then Fitz came out and played decent. I knew right then and there they would not draft a QB and we would be sold a Bill of Goods on Fitz. And like I said up thread, next year we'll be told that Tyler Thigpen is the future. If it wasn't for the Bengals, the Bills would be the worst franchise in the league. The Bills O-line can't block, the d-line can't penetrate, the corners can't cover, the LBs can't stop the run, the receivers can't get open, the team has ignored the TE position, and the RBs can't hit holes. The MVP of the team is the punter. What else do you need to say. The lone all star on the Bills is the Punter. Pathetic. I remember the glory years. This team is really far from having that caliber of personnel. The Bills haven't been the Bills since Polian bolted.
