Agreed, it's kind of like arguing against clean water.

I'm all in on TT.. I think this is a break out year if Sammy can stay on the field...

And that is one of the "it's a sham arguments out there". It boils down to a money making scheme for the industrialized nations.. Not saying I am sold on this argument, but it does resonate with me on some level Bingo,,, I watched it while on the treadmill.. For Trump, it was probably his best performance. Lots of hecklers; he didn't let them bait him; he stayed on message. But yep, 33% upper bracket, grow the economy 4% and watch it rain..

Maybe the most impact event of our lives: Blizzard of '77 When was Love Canal? Seems like that time frame too, maybe '79?

I'd be curious to read how. Do you have a reference? I have little trouble believing that there is a massive economic incentive for for industrialized nations to claim global warming is real and dangerous. I am in the camp that it is very real, but I am not educated enough on the specifics to know if I should buy into the doom and gloom arguments being proffered. I suspect some of it is overblown for effect. Edit never mind: I found some of my own sources

Interesting for sure... The thought that jobs are tied to climate change is a compelling argument. I would like to look at a pro climate change video for an opposing point of view and set of arguments.

Mine is "short circuited" defined in politics as when your hand is caught in the cookie jar but you still can't bring yourself to admit that you took the cookies.

Unbelievable ... no on second thought ... naturally

I'm beginning to think that the Trump candidacy is just what the Republican Party needs. I want him to so viscerate it that they will have no choice but to tear it down to the studs. I want an electoral college blow out the likes that have not been seen since Reagan-Mondale. And then in four years, after she is done, I would like to see the same happen to the Democrats. That won't happen, I know, but I will settle for a more moderate GOP.

No can do.. Sounds sticky.. I don't do sticky.. Time to start the teflon party where nothing sticks. That matches this election cycle to a tee.

I think it was probably all of the above. I'm okay with it. What's 400M to this country? A less hostile Iran is worth all of 400M

I disagree. While she ended up winning more votes, states and delegates, the process was played out every week. Momentum had a lot to do with things. By having all those early pledges in her pocket, the press would always report her ahead. It went like this. Wow she lost Michigan but she still has the lead because of those delegates. Would it have not been more fair for those folks to hold their vote until such time as the primaries were over? If they wanted to throw their vote to her, fine. But she always played with the lead because of those and it tilted the playing field against her challengers. All I am suggesting is it MIGHT have, might have come out differently had the fix not been in from the beginning. You can pick up a monitor at Goodwill on the cheap. And if you are paying a therapist, PM me. We can work out a payment plan for significantly less money.
