  1. What’s wrong with the arena? What changes would be nice to see? What about the physical arena building actually prevents fans from enjoying their experience? Sometimes the answers to those questions could overlap… But I think the majority of the time if one’s being honest, it’s different answers to those questions. I’ve been a STH since 2004. So I’ve gone to a lot of games there. Not so many since the end of the 2020 season. And I understand everybody is different about what they prefer or want or like to complain about. For me, The lack of two escalators on both sides of the arena from the concourse going up to the 300 level has always been and continues to be a gross oversight and the number one pet peeve for me. At least two more elevators would be the second pet peeve of mine. Other issues that I notice doesn’t rise to the level of bitching and complaining and thinking about really needing some major overhaul‘s. It’s more like a mild annoyance. As far as broken seats… I can only speak to my own experience… Two people in my row had broken seats. One game. they told the usher in our section about them … The usher moved the fans to a different pair of seats for that game. The next time I saw those people at the next home game about a week later … Those seats were fixed. The cupholders being broken… For me it’s a mild annoyance… But doesn’t rise to the level of bitching and complaining and thinking the arena is in major disrepair or some other dramatic statement. I see people holding onto their drink or putting it down by their feet. And they don’t seem to mind it in the least. Because it just isn’t that gigantic of a problem for 99% of people. Those are my experiences throughout the years. And like I said… Everybody’s different.
  2. Yes it was … now switched over to Dallas and Calgary
  3. I am probably looking in the wrong places… But I can’t seem to find DG or KA Press conferences anywhere. I wasn’t able to view or hear them in their entirety earlier.
  4. This game. These refs. Just like every game and every round in prior years … it will be different next game. No consistency throughout. This is great because then the Leafs will have further to fall. And fans tears will be even more delicious.
  5. I was thinking about that series too. But I can’t possibly root for the scum bags nor their fans. So Candy Canes this round for me.
  6. Do we know if every single injury since his hip surgery … is the same body part and ailment? Or are his injuries different areas of his body? because in my mind if it’s different body parts, and ailments … that’s not too concerning for me. but if it’s the same body part that’s injuring over and over… That’s pretty concerning.
  7. Until you get kissed by this invasive to Lake Erie eel.
  8. If that’s what’s going to get it done… Do it for two years. If he’ll sign for a little cheaper… Bonus.
  9. Meh … how about the “everyone gets a trophy”, trophy. 😂
  10. No thanks on Zadorov. He doesn’t bring enough desirables IMO.
  11. Who ever the best UFA goalie is, that can be signed for only 2 years. No more. That guy. Even for a semi stupid amount. Is it MAF? Secure the goalie first. Then fill in where needed after that.
  12. You want to be here for a long time Tage? Put your money where your mouth is. Don’t just spew lip service for the masses to eat up. Sign a 6 to 8 year deal at a cap hit under 7 per. THAT would show a lot of fans you want to be here when you could potentially get more from another team. At least that’s what I think …
  13. Who do we have a chance it?
  14. Tuch either has a cold, a nervous twitch, or he’s into the nose candy pretty deep. 😂
  15. Woah, It’s Yukon Cornelius!
  16. It would be cool of someone grabbed the GW puck with the intention of presenting it to RJ later. 👍🏼
  17. Is his first name really Jack? Or John? 🤔 Seriously, good for him 👍🏼
  18. He may come back and say hello or visit in the press box with DD, but as far as a full on play-by-play of a game, I think he’s done. and of course I hate to sound grim… But you always hear about those people who work a really long time, then retire, and The thing that they woke up for on a daily basis is gone, So their health diminishes and they end up passing away a short time later. Of course I hope this doesn’t happen… But it has crossed my mind.
  19. I have one. It’s an XL. In excellent condition. Worn maybe 10 times max. Willing to sell… You may not like the price… If you’re interested or if anybody’s interested they can message me.
  20. The Buffalo Sabres will play their final game of the 2021-22 season tonight. The Chicago Blackhawks are in town for a 7 p.m. faceoff from KeyBank Center. A limited number of tickets still remain. Pregame coverage on MSG starts at 6:30 p.m. Rick Jeanneret and Rob Ray will have the call on MSG and WGR 550. After the game, RJ will retire to end a 51-year career as the team's play-by-play announcer. Using the Mixhalo app, fans at the game can bring their headphones and listen to RJ's final broadcast live without delay in the arena bowl on their smartphone. The first 10,000 fans in attendance will also receive a commemorative "RJ's Last Call" T-shirt. "Last Call" content throughout the season has been presented by Wegmans.
