In my opinion start with Sean Connery movies … going in order isn’t a bad idea but is not necessary. Everyone has a different opinion on what to skip, what to include, what is good, what is bad… It really is up to you to decide that. So as much as you would like to… I wouldn’t listen to anybody’s opinion on what is good or bad… Watch them and decide for yourself if you were entertained. Just my thoughts…

Well since this is a goalie thread… just to state it for a reference… A shallow free-agent goalie market got even thinner. Instead of letting “The Flower” sprout onto the UFA market, the Wild kept Marc-Andre Fleury in the fold. The Wild signed “MAF” with a two-year, $7 million deal ($3.5M per year).

There are worse options out there than Pulit being a solid depth guy for the Sabres. And a solid veteran for the Amerks.

But like he’s tall n stuff. So he must be mean. He must be better. He must be punishing. He must have more skill. I mean, c’mon …. he’s …. Tall …

A lunkhead with little upside? Yep, Sabres lack that for sure.

Some fans get blinded by height. More so if they are a defenseman. The evaluation of skill is skewed somewhat because they are a “taller” player. I could think of one poster possibly two that fall into this category. As far as comparing ourselves to other teams in the league … I would think the Sabres are currently pretty much in the middle, if not leaning slightly towards a taller group. or is Size not Height?
