I made a thread a couple weeks ago about the worst contracts in the NHL for 2022. I have a feeling this contract will make the list in about 2 to 3 years.

Sometimes it takes several days and sometimes weeks for teams to clear up cap space. In a smart and effective way. It’ll happen… I’m not impatient for it to happen. Because I know it will. At some point before October.

IMO there is a nice size gap in talent and ability between a “#6, #7, and a #8 Dman on the depth chart.

@ddaryl and @JustOneParade … after reading your comments and looking at multiple sites regarding good blue chip stocks, I decided to buy 3 shares of ABBV tonight. It’s down from a peak of $173 a few months ago so I said meh what the hell at $140 a share. Hopefully it’s a good investment and I will buy more if it goes lower. I go thru TD Ameritrade to buy my stocks. I’m very new and quite ignorant to this world of savvy stock buying but I’m trying. I also have a few shares of DIS, AAPL, and AZN. Just getting my feet wet with this stuff. Thanks for your knowledge.

Which one is true? Ullmark didn’t want to stay a Buffalo Sabre. No matter what realistic and fair contract KA offered, Ullmark did not want to be a Sabre any longer. KA screwed up. He could have kept Ullmark if only he offered Ullmark more. Arguably an unrealistic bloated contract in comparison to what Ullmark has shown to be to that point. Ullmark would have stayed.

If Anderson makes it out of training camp and preseason games without an injury I’ll be pleasantly surprised. if he makes it past 15 starts without an injury that puts him on the shelf for a while , I’ll be really really surprised.

Damn good interview. The majority of the questions were solid. It would’ve been interesting if he dove in a little bit more about prior GM’s or coaches of the Sabres. Solid grade A.

Woah I have a sneaking suspicion that if they drug tested everyone there, 1/4 to 1/2 of those players would probably have something illegal in them. 😂 that’s the first time I’ve seen that… Good god that was awful.
