Over two hours ago when we found out Dahlin was out, who still thought with 10 mins left in the game, the score would be tied? I bet no one. Everyone was convinced Tampa would run away with an easy win against a “tired” Sabres team. I’m impressed no matter what the score ends up being. They have matched Tampa.

Until he actually scores 40 goals, I’ll stand by my opinion and say he will not get to 40. In fact, I think he won’t get to 35 either.

Size of the team is certainly not an issue. At all. And I think we have just enough “grit” on the team to hold our own against the majority of the league.

That’s why I personally hate any on pace for discussion. It’s completely meaningless. 99.9% of the time it doesn’t pan out to be accurate by the time the seasons done. VO won’t hit 40 goals, let alone 64 TNT and Tuch won’t hit 40 goals, let alone 56 McDavid won’t hit 50 goals, let alone 80

But I thought he was ruined. Like permanently. It’s absolutely no surprise to me he’s doing well. A mix of proper developing and proper coaching has turned this permanently ruined player to a damn good one. Why some thought he was forever ruined 2-3 years ago is beyond me. And no, RK wasn’t a logical reason to think that IMO.

I missed the Joker injury. Can anyone scrounge up a clip to show what happened to joker? I know he got hit in the face with the puck. I just did not see the actual play.

What is the difference? It’s called player development. For some patience is a virtue. For some patience pays off. I am personally not surprised that a young player, over the course of four or five or six years gets better and better and better with the proper development. And development is an all encompassing word.

Hey he was an electric player (at times) I personally just didn’t like how he played a team game. His Line mates almost never knew what the F he was gonna do because he was a whirling dervish and didn’t really play well with line mates. Just a personal preference. That said, yes he had some sick and memorable one man show goals. and I’m glad Mitts isn’t like him
