  1. I’ll be at this barn burner with the wife. Sabres … 4 Shsrks … 3 Skinner, Peterka, or Dahlin with a goal
  2. If you don’t find the answer online anywhere, call down to the arena today.
  3. The age old grass is greener effect. I call shenanigans. There is a phenomenon as crazy as it might sound… Where both teams got good players. And no one “won the draft“. I just find that kind of conversation (at times) intellectually dishonest when someone tries to claim another team won/blew the draft.
  4. Pretty easy to find … https://www.nhl.com/sabres/team/staff
  5. Agree. And I’m sorry but if you are a fan of a player more than a fan of the team …. Seeeee ya. No skin off my ear lobes.
  6. UPL was doing good until that 5 on 3 happened. Then it alll went boooom.
  7. In your heart of hearts you know this isn’t the “Bills year”. So just watch the Sabres. Hockey’s better. This is the way.
  8. Hey I pulled that from the Sabres website pregame write up. Those misinformation scoundrels
  9. I’m finally STARTING to come around to the idea that Mitts may be better off in a new environment. BUT BUT not until February. I would like to see if 3 more months with DG improves his play or not. God I hope he comes around…
  10. The Buffalo Sabres return home tonight to take on the Colorado Avalanche at KeyBank Center. Faceoff is set for 7 p.m. on MSG and 1520 AM with pregame coverage on MSG starting at 6:30. Tickets are on sale now. The Sabres are 3-1-1 over their last five games and are coming off a 5-4 shootout win in Detroit last night. Colorado lost 5-0 in Winnipeg to wrap up November, a month in which they went 8-3-0. The Sabres have four players with at least 20 points this season - Tage Thompson (29), Rasmus Dahlin (21), Jeff Skinner (23) and Alex Tuch (22). Dylan Cozens has tallied 10 points (4+6) in his last 10 games and is on the cusp of joining that group with eight goals and 18 points. He scored twice against Detroit. Buffalo's 3.70 goals scored per game is highest by a Sabres team since the 1992-93 Sabres recorded 3.99 goals per game. The 2006-07 Sabres were the last team in franchise history to have three or more skaters with at least one point per game played - Maxim Afinogenov, 1.09; Daniel Briere, 1.17; Thomas Vanek, 1.02). Colorado has three players over the 20-point threshold - Mikko Rantanen (29), Nathan MacKinnon (28), and Cale Makar (21) - and just one player - Rantanen (13) - with more than 10 goals. Only Vancouver and Buffalo have four players with at least 10 goals. This is the first of two meetings between the Sabres and the Avalanche this season. The last time these clubs met, Colorado defeated Buffalo 5-3 at KeyBank Center on February 19. The Sabres are 2-8-0 in their last 10 games against the Avalanche and 2-6-2 at home. This is the 150th game all-time between Buffalo and Colorado. Buffalo has a 62-63-24 series record and is 38-25-11 at home against the Avalanche all-time. These two teams will face off again on Thursday, December 15 in Colorado
  11. And cheese …. good for Riley. Hope he has a nice rest of his career in Europe. Making nice money playing a game… There sure are worse things.
  12. Well the Sabres pulled out a win (barely) last night. Tonight they won’t be so lucky. This will get ugly in the first 20 mins. Avs … 6 Sabres … 3 Skinner, Tuch, or Dahlin with a goal
  13. Sooooo glad I was way off Samsonite then again the Red Wings did score 4 🤔😂
  14. I wonder that exact thing with several posters every game 😂 I hope I’m wrong about the loss. It would be nice to see a strong game by the team. A solid 60 min effort.
  15. 6 …. Is a few 😂
  16. A few years ago, weren’t the Sabres “incompetent idiots“ for letting him “get away”? See if this guy clears 🤔
  17. Not feeling it … Red Wings … 4 Buffalo Wings … 2 Okposo, Asplund, or Dahlin with a goal
  18. Who’s better? Tokarski who’s been playing all along, or a retired out of game shape Ryan Miller? 😂
  19. Heck I don’t even think the team needs “top tier”. (I interpret that to mean top 10) I would be ok with “slightly above average” 😂 A semi deep team can do some serious damage with “slightly above average” goaltending.
  20. Mike Matheson or Jaccob Slavin
  21. That is the biggest piece isn’t it… Good goaltending. And we have collectively been saying that for quite some time. collectively we see that a lot of the other pieces are already in place.
