The right move. In my opinion. Can he come back from this? Sure. Just probably not as a hockey player that’s going to make the NHL. There are a million jobs that surround the game of hockey… Maybe can get into one of those. Maybe he can become an agent.

I am not a jersey buyer. I do own one red Buffalo bisons hockey jersey, that I bought decades ago, one original white home jersey that I bought decades ago, and one black goat head jersey that I bought decades ago. That’s it. All blank on the back. I have a few hats. I spend my money on the season tickets, and I very rarely buy any Merch. I don’t have a moratorium on buying merch because of their record or what they do or do not do as an organization. Everybody is different 👍🏼

A lot of that talk is just wishful thinking. I don’t think both of those and others will be permanent “make the team out of camp“ additions to the roster next season. VO, Bryson, KO, Mitts, and Anderson, I think are the leading candidates for not being on the roster next season. With KO and Anderson having no value, It’s not a lot of trade capital but it is some thing.

And he also would not be the goaltender he is in Boston… At all… If he was still with Buffalo. Why is that strong possibility lost on people?
