Well, I have Insomnia once in awhile. If you really want to take the time to read why it happens, there are a number of solutions. One thing is to get bloodwork/testing done to try to uncover if any values are low or high. researching it will uncover all the bloodwork and testing you can get done. Jumping to a pill or a suppliment or a certain weed is premature IMO. At least that’s what I did. Everyone is different.

An ideal player is one that is a straw that stirs the drink on his line and shows some grit from time to time. With the use of course of different levels of sandpaper depending on the opposition he plays against. oh and of course he has to be above 6’ 3” to even be considered. 😂

I haven’t listened yet I will listen in a few minutes… But the phrase “read between the lines”. Reading between the lines can lead to a ton of inaccurate assumptions and then reacting Negatively or sometimes positively to those assumptions. I know that’s an entertaining side of sports for some… But me personally I really try hard not to “read between the lines” on anything that is said or not said in sports. I’m looking forward to listening to it. And thank you for posting it!

Yea, he’s not someone I’d want back. He hurts his teams often with the penalties he takes. On a deep team he’s barely a #5/6 IMO. Besides the year that just happened, he’s never played in full season. Banged up a lot because of the style of play. And at 28, it’s a safe assumption to say that he will just get more banged up as he gets older. Hard pass.
