  1. And if you look at the ingredient list and did a little homework, you would avoid this like it’s poison. Because … it is.
  2. Nice job Seattle! Well done.
  3. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_city_nicknames_in_the_United_States … and there you have it
  4. Fun fact. Rob Ray did not want to be a fighter or goon when he reached the NHL. But because his lack of “skill” compared to his peers, he found a way to get a call up to the Sabres and stick. So he did not by nature have that mentality or view on life when he was drafted by the Sabres. Once he made the Amerks, that’s how he found his niche and a way to stay a pro hockey player and eventually get called up by the Sabres. I’m sure he’s not the only example of someone who did not want to fight, but there was no other way to stay a pro hockey player.
  5. I would even push it to every other year unless a goalie slips in the draft that is too good to pass up in the “off year”. Maybe it’s just me, but I think the draft a goalie every year no matter what mindset, is slight overkill.
  6. both of those guys in those positions should be very rich for the next couple of years at least.
  7. Need vs. Want Let’s not get the two confused
  8. Thank the hockey gods for that. Eichel was a non factor again this game. Then again most of Vegas was a non factor.
  9. Oilers are looking good this game.
  10. I’d take Reinhart back in a heartbeat. 6th goal in the playoffs tonight. Sucks Florida couldn’t put it away tonight. Oilers had a great first period.
  11. Omg this is great we need one for Toronto, Boston, Philly. Hell we need one for all the teams 😂
  12. Stu Grimson 57 Tony Twist is 55 Rob Ray is 54 Tie Domi is 53 Brad May is 51 Matt Barnaby is 50 Needless to say, Data is flawed a touch.
  13. Well because you asked, and because it makes sense to close it… It’ll stay open for another few days 😂
  14. Yes and to take it a step further… If one’s tipping point of whether or not you want someone to be the captain is if whether or not they drop the gloves once in a blue moon in the NHL 2023 … That’s pretty sad in my opinion. Fighting should be the absolute last thing that should tip the scales of whether or not you want someone to be the captain of your hockey team in 2023+. Grit, sandpaper, feistiness, physicality, or whatever cute word one wants to use to describe a player who “gets in the face” of the opposition. I can see that being useful and effective. But fighting in todays NHL is rather useless more or less. Fighting in the NHL in the 60s 70s and 80s, is a completely different mindset. Tuch fighting at an exhibition game doesn’t move the needle at all.
  15. Candy Canes are licking the Devils
  16. I think he can and could. Those young guns won’t be young forever. Soon enough they will be “grizzled vets”.
  17. You may not think DG is good at developing young talent. But don’t say “we” don’t really know if he’s a “development guy”. I would bet the majority of fans view him as a coach who is good at developing young talent to get better, and tap into their full potential most of the time. I could be wrong, but that’s how I see it.
  18. Take comfort in KNOWING he’ll never win a cup. The hockey gods have spoken.
  19. I watched one of his videos a couple of years ago… And I vowed to never watch his videos again. It’s a complete waste of my time. and I waste enough of my time with other things. obviously he must do well with his videos because enough people watch him, for him to continue the stupidity.
  20. I think Gallant will be offered a HC position somewhere in the next 2 months or less. So IMO, no, he wouldn’t accept an assistant position on any team at this time.
  21. IMO …. No he’s exactly where he plays best. As an AHL goalie.
  22. Good for Pilut. nice win boys
