I was married on the beach on Kauai in 2007 in Princeville. Then spent 20 days island hopping. We went back in 2017 and spent 18 days island hopping. we went all over Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island. We budgeted where we could, and splurged where we could. lots of lower cost or free “nature” destinations if you and your family like doing nature stuff. If you are more of a city sights, shopping family, you’re gonna pay pay pay in most cases. Keep in mind the devastation of the recent lava flow of Kilauea on the Big Island will limit where you can go and what’s available to see/do.

You still follow that idiot? Um why?

What Sabres fans subconsciously think to themselves when watching playoff hockey over the past several years ...

Housley had this on heavy rotation in September ...

Is Pegula listening to this album? Hmmmm ....

Anyone wanna go to this game tonight? I have two seats. Dead Center ice in section 320. I can’t go so I’ll sell you the seats for $50 total. Let me know ....

I’m first and foremost a Sabres fan. STH since 2004. But as you know, a solid farm team is so vital to success for the big club. I watch probably 5-7 Amerks games a season. I’m not saying you ... but it blows my mind how some fans couldn’t care less about the success of the Amerks. Like one doesn’t heavily impact the other. It’s a weird and sophomoric stance.
-
Excited about from a Sabres perspective. No. From an Amerks perspective, it just helps solidify the back end. Which will allow other prospects better than him to leap frog him developmentally. It’s a solid signing for the Amerks. Solid doesn’t = ZOMG amazing.

meh ... good for him to get a look. Nice end of season paycheck. Then send him back to Roch. to help the Amerks in the playoffs.
-
Same with Reinhart. He may get to 70 once maybe twice in his career. But I think he’s a 50-60 point guy. Which is awesome considering what he looked like 3 years ago! He’s developed nicely. One of my favorites on the team.
-
Right now? Of course not! Before the playoffs begin ... I think Phil will be gone. He’s lost the team.
-
Nice signing! He’ll help Roch. immensely.

RJ has complete control over how many games he works and where. He’s on a year to year agreement with the Sabres. They get together after the schedule is released and figure out what games he wants to work. As long as his health holds up, I can see him doing 35-45 games next season.

Borgen called up! Hope he gets in the lineup tonight.

The 23-man roster limit is in place from the conclusion of the preseason until 12:01 am on the day of the NHL’s Trade Deadline. After that teams are allowed to have an unlimited active roster at the NHL level, provided players are signed to one of their 50 contract slots. NHL teams are only allowed to dress a maximum of 20 players – 18 skaters and two goaltenders – for any given game, but those 20 must come from the 23-player active roster. From CBA ... 16.4 Active Roster Size; Playing Roster. (a) There shall be a maximum of twenty-three (23) Players on each Club's Active Roster at any one time, provided, however, that, on the date of each season's Trade Deadline, a Club's Active Roster may be increased to any number of Players the Club, in its discretion, so determines, subject to Article 50. (b) Clubs are not permitted to Loan Players where the result of such Loan(s) would reduce the Club's Active Roster below eighteen (18) skaters and two (2) goaltenders. However, Clubs will not be required to Recall Players to maintain the minimum eighteen (18) skaters and two (2) goaltenders on days which they do not play an NHL Game, provided that the deficiency below those thresholds is a result of an injury that has caused the removal of such disabled Player from the Active Roster.

I thought this would be a good source to have here in case anyone has questions. They could try reading a section that may answer their questions before posting. https://cdn.nhlpa.com/img/assets/file/NHL_NHLPA_2013_CBA.pdf

Have either of you come to the conclusion that it’s mainly the coaching staffs fault? If and when you do, the results aren’t that surprising or baffling. I haven’t been “at a loss” as to why we suck most games for about 3-4 months now. I’m not saying, implying or suggesting the roster is deep. It needs upgrades for sure, but IMO the main Achilles heel night after night is the inept coaching staff. It’s just putrid.

There’s really no need to troll for a reaction with these kind of posts. You’re better than that bro...

He won’t get that much. Few fans are saying that. But if it’s not JB, then some team will give him max or near max term at 8.0 or more AAV.

Starts with an H Ends in a Y and he has a blank lost look for most of the game.
