He’s a solid 3rd line guy. With small stints on the 2nd line. No thanks. We have enough younger guys to fill that roll that would do as well or almost as well as Myers and a hell of a lot cheaper.

I understand what you’re saying… I just thought Gronberg at some point in an interview said something to the effect of IF he went to the NHL, that HE would want an assistant coaching position first to get used to things in the league. He would not want a HC position right away. That was why I mention Keefe as HC and Gronberg as AC. It’s just a random thought....

Skinner at 6, 7, or 8 years seems most likely to me. No matter the team who signs him. 8 being only for Sabres obviously. For his age, cap hit will be somewhere as low as 7.5 to as high as 8.5 mil. I will be shocked if it’s lower or higher than that range.
