I have a friend who has to eat GF, and she almost never has an issue finding 4-5 menu items (or more) that are GF in WNY area. Good news is more and more restaurants in the past 5 years are really accommodating that requirement. As well as vegetarian/vegan requirements.

Nice post. i would add ... it shouldn’t have been said like that on the air during a hockey intermission. He absolutely has the right to think that way or express it to friends and family. Being “right or wrong” about the subject he laid out has nothing to do with his right to express it. If it’s something he genuinely feels he sees, fine. But just not on a broadcast for a hockey game. I would bet if he said that same thing for an interview for a local paper, or magazine, or news website, he wouldn’t have been fired from HNC.

My bad... materially. From their draft year, or being traded to us (Larsson), snapshot from 5 years ago. To now, All have improved their overall game. Some more than others obviously. And again materially is a subjective term. What you think is the benchmark for materially may not be that for someone else.

I If you think McCabe and Reinhart are “maybe”, then it’s obvious any other players listed you’ll strongly disagree with.... yikes. besides, the list is quite short as to who was here 5 years ago, and is still here. Eichel, Reinhart, Risto, Larsson, Girgensons. And the term “marginally” is quite subjective.

I recently went to Thunder Bay with my wife to hopefully see them. (Read that it’s a good spot most of the year) the night we were there it was cloudy and rainy ... so it remains on my bucket list. but not all was lost. We also summited high points of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. We have 28 states under our belt now ?

I guess I’ll be the lone optimist in a sea of angry pitchforks and bridge jumping ... although these past few games have been bad in many aspects, I truly believe the coaching staff is much better than Housley and his staff. i truly think the overall talent level compared to last seasons and the season before that, is better. I said back in August or early September, it will probably take most of the season to gel, have chemistry, and play well pretty consistently. A month or so into the season and I haven’t changed that outlook. Am I aggravated a little at the losses? Sure! It’s a bunch of woulda coulda shoulda. Am I ZOMG pissed off and depressed where it ruined my night or weekend or week? Hahaha ... hell no. Water off a ducks back. Go at it again on Thursday.

Like any team, this roster is a work in progress. Who the heck actually talked themselves into thinking this roster is a finished product? I know I didn’t ?‍♂️

Exactly. who in their right mind believes a team, a month into a season will be the same team in March/April? RK has shown me in the short time here, he’s a better coach on different levels, than Housley was. And the staff overall is better as well. A season is filled with peaks and valleys. Currently we are in a valley. I’m not the least bit worried. But I do enjoy reading the angry and worried posts filled with definitive statements. ? I just wish we had one or two “take the game over” types. Even Eichel isn’t that. Yet.
