I mean like every day, every play, every game, Rinehart literally makes no more or less mistakes than 99% of the players on any NHL team. You are very hypersensitive to him and his every move. I see even a player like Eichel, McDavid, McKinnon, Ovi, Matthews, Bergeron, O’Reilly, [insert player name here] make mistakes every game. Is it worth mentioning every mistake they make? Meh. No. No it’s not. Just like it’s not worth mentioning all the good plays they make. Yawn.

Agree. Except for the 700k part. For two months of “depth duty” in the regular season, and MAYBE being called upon (if he’s healthy) in the playoffs. I can see him getting much less than 700k. He may ask for more, but I don’t think he’ll get that much. I’ll predict 350-550K for such a short time frame and the fact that he’s just depth.
