  1. I would imagine yes. If not, a day or two shift.
  2. Okposo buyout length and cap hit is too much. I don’t think he’s a possibility. Sabres are still paying Hodgson. And are just finishing paying Leino his buyout. I think there’s a stronger possibility KO is on this team for another season. Unless injury retires him. Edit: doh! Compliance buyout. Ok got it. Ok yea I can see KO being a possibility then.
  3. I’m happy we’re getting any.... I guess fans can nitpick over the selected games. I’m not one of them.
  4. Would you even believe it if the answer was ... “my home”? The cynical people would not believe a word coming out of their mouth. So there’s that.
  5. And this process, unpreparedness, and way of thinking which has gotten us to this stage at this time has been in effect for decades. Not just the last three years. The medical community as a whole, nationally, globally, needs to rethink process and preparedness.
  6. The problem from where I stand is posters can’t just say a politicians name. They have to be immature and call them a slang or insult. Get your point across in a factual way without the immature slangs or insulting terms and maybe just maybe more posts will stay. Posters points get muddled and loses it’s effect when one feels it oh so necessary to include that garbage. Just share your factual points without name calling, insults, and slangs for politicians. It’s not that hard. For some ... Jeez.
  7. Just like the initial pissed off reaction of them not paying anyone anything while this is going on, was quickly debunked. I’ll wait to see the response from the Pegulas to see if this is in fact something they said and something they are in fact doing. It could be a whole lot of nothing. Or it could all be true. In which case I’ll react to it accordingly. It certainly would be bad PR if this ends up being true.
  8. Well, NY joins California ... like I didn’t see that coming.

Now you can tune in to MSG for “Sabres Classics,” a nightly chance to relive a monumental game from the team’s history! These will begin Monday, March 23 and continue through the week and beyond – all games will air at 8 p.m. Check out the schedule below: Monday, March 23 – Devils at Sabres: Hannan’s 4OT Goal & Hasek Makes 70 Saves(4/27/94) Tuesday, March 24 – Whalers at Sabres: Last Game at The Aud (4/14/96) Wednesday, March 25 – Sabres at Islanders: Sabres win 10th consecutive game to start 2006-07 season (10/26/06) Thursday, March 26 – Sabres at Rangers: First Game in Manhattan After 9/11 (10/7/01) Friday, March 27 – Rangers at Sabres: Drury’s “Who Else?” Goal (5/4/07)
  10. D ... Current day Dahlin isn’t as good as Drury in his prime with the Sabres, so ... Drury
  11. Shelter in place doesn’t mean supplies won’t be delivered (trains, planes, trucks) to grocery stores and pharmacies. That probably extends to Walmart’s and Target type stores too for any “essentials”. It also allows for doctor visits. It’s also highly unenforceable. San Francisco had it for a few days and the population still went for walks outdoors as well as essential travel without issue from any “enforcement” agency.
  12. Since March 1st ... 10.4 mil. tests are in circulation so far and ever growing. So that’s a positive. Bayer drug company donated 3 million Anti-Malaria pills. In case it goes in that direction as a treatment. So that’s a positive.
  13. I replaced the word glitter with the word Jazz. And had myself a little laugh. before anybody gets their diaper in a twist, I’m taking it seriously. Just trying to find the humor where I can. ?
  14. Watching movies/tv shows Decluttering entire house room by room Posting various things on eBay Staying away from overreacting media and people as much as possible. Staying with factual sources mostly void of opinion. Finding videos and photos online of nut jobs fighting over one of the shoppers wanting to buy 70 rolls of TP or 12 gallons of milk, or 15 cans of corn, or 10 blocks of cheese, or 40 pounds of cat litter.
  15. Is the aggravation about him being signed? being signed for the Amerks? Or is there confusion and assumption that he’s instantly making the Sabres squad?
  16. 100% Amerks bound I would imagine. If that’s the case, Ok, hopefully he’ll do well for the Amerks.
  17. Yep. Read my link above your post.
  18. https://wben.radio.com/articles/first-instances-of-inpatient-coronavirus-cases-in-wny Ugh ...
  19. You didn’t hear it from me ... A certain local cancer center just confirmed cases of Covid19 with two patients. This will become public in the next few mins. Damn ...
  20. As of right this moment, today. There isn’t a NEED to cancel the season. IF IF IF this rise in cases goes more than 6 weeks, I can see the NBA and NHL canceling the season. If there is a plateau or decline in the next month, I can see them not canceling and just altering and adjusting and having a shortened season and playoffs. Everyone can have their opinion on the pros and cons, but Thats what I predict...

  22. He said 2-4 weeks. Not just 2 weeks. He also said he hopes. Not, it will. He also said “hope to start to see the light”. Not, “it will be over with”.
  23. Test him before committing!

  25. Or maybe 8 weeks is really in case it takes that long. And if the 8 weeks is lifted earlier ... bonus.
