I think 5 is way too quick. Watch a few penalty shots and shootouts on youtube. I think IF that was even something to consider, 7-8 seconds from the time they touch the puck is fair. Otherwise the chaser idea has some merit to it. Personally, I’ve always thought shootouts to decide a regular season game is lame lame lame.

Against a mix of NHL’ers who were glaringly playing at 70%, and prospects, Levi played fine for what it was… a no checking scrimmage. And when he played he allowed no goals. When Tokarski went in, he allowed two goals. They were team gold. Team blue won 2-0.

Ok If I ranted and raved and stressed and seethed about every little and big issue with a sports team, I’d have had a heart attack years ago. It’s only a sport. Not gonna sweat what I can’t control. Enjoy the sport too much to have fits over everything like some fans enjoy doing. Everyone enjoys the sport in their own way. 👍🏼

Expect? I learned a long time ago to expect very little and be happy if it happens. I don’t expect anyone to be traded or moved. That’s my baseline. Yea that’s right. Low expectations means low disappointment. 😬

What do you call a fan who… Casually watches the Sabres, has nothing but bad things to say about them, Especially when they’re not doing that great, But follows another NHL team super closely and loves that team… Especially when they are doing really good. And then when that team takes a downturn, and they aren’t good anymore… They jump back to the Sabres and act like they’ve never wavered from being a huge follower and fan of the team. When in fact that’s really not the case. They basically jumped from successful team until they are not, to successful team until they are not. what’s that called? 🤔

KA is smart. He won’t bring in someone who isn’t needed. Wanted? Maybe. But needed…. He’s not. Patty Cake can go fool around in NYC with his choice of NYR, NYI, or NJD. Hell, even PIT can be a nice fit.

Is Craig Anderson on the payroll at all? Is he mentoring the goalies? Or is he up just to hang out with the guys during camp? 🤔
