Watching the rebroadcast of the game. Cozens looked good. Eichel and Hall looked better. D pushing the pace. Reinhart tips were niiiice. A much better aggressive pace.

For those who (like me) didn’t catch this game, and is in the Buffalo area, and have Spectrum, the game is on at 10:30pm tonight.

Show me more than the ability to connect with a one timer on the PP. He’s a talented player. A very nice success story. He’s also a rather useless player if Eichel, Reinhart or Hall isn’t feeding him perfect passes when he’s open during the 3-4 PP’s a game. He’s one of the more easily replaceable players on the team IMO. That’s not to say I don’t like him, because i do!

Besides the translation software being subpar 😂, I got the majority of what he was saying. It’s terrible what he went and going thru. There is a chance some player on some team may never play professionally ever again if they get Covid. I hope that won’t be Risto. Yikes.

Fiery? 😂 I would put no coach in the modern era in that category. Grumpy? Sure. Colic-y? Sure ok. How many more terrible years of hockey must YOU endure? 😂 I’m in it for the long haul. As a lot of us 40, 50, 60+ diehards have been. And you are and will continue to be too.

I don’t know, I think I didn’t like the AHL Buffalo Sabres that Tim Murray dressed leading up to drafting Reinhart and Eichel. I understand it was a tank and on purpose… But I think I didn’t like those teams more.

I think he’s a professional, that has been on several losing teams or terrible stretches. I am sure this is nothing new for him. At this point early in the season I’m sure he’s still optimistic as to what Ralph can do and turning this season around, and getting Eichel going. Which is completely separate than being currently frustrated and aggravated at the losing that is currently happening.

I find it funny when Sabre fans think the ol “kick over a garbage can, get 2 inches from a players face and scream and yell” coaching method still exists in the NHL. It doesn’t. And very few players would respond in a positive manner even IF a coach like that existed. And pointing to any currently employed coach who had a reputation of that method 10-15 years ago doesn’t mean he automatically still does it in 2021. Or a coach who was a tough SOB in his playing days doesn’t automatically make him a mean ol SOB as a coach in 2021. I know that’s a fun nostalgic thing to reminisce of days gone by. Hell I miss that too! But it’s gone, and not coming back. No matter how hard one wishes, hopes and dreams it would. And any “hard-nosed” experienced coach isn’t something the Pegulas want. If they did, the last two coaches and two GM hires, wouldn’t have happened. Lastly, I’m not saying there aren’t potentially better owners itching to own an NHL franchise. But there are most likely many who absolutely suck way more than the Pegulas. I’m personally apprehensive about rolling that dice. Because the retort of “how can it get any worse blah blah” is a non answer void of critical thinking and logic. And just filled with emotion.

So I’m currently streaming spectrum. No cable boxes... $44.99 for internet and modem $44.99 for spectrum tv streaming service $16.45 for broadcast tv surcharge $3.59 for taxes and fees So I’m paying $110 a month. If I had spectrum internet alone ... it’s $75.00. Then the FuboTV charge would be an additional $65.00. So $140 before adding taxes and fees. So I’m saving $30-$40 a month doing it that way. We’ll see what happens in October when the “deal” expires.

I did the same exact thing… I had the boxes and I was paying quite a bit of money to spectrum every month. Finally I cut the cord and bought a couple Roko devices. And signed up for fuboTV. I had fuboTV for three months, and then spectrum got in touch with me again and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Unfortunately you have to actually leave spectrum… Be away from them for three months… And then they contact you with a very good offer to try to get you back. Or if they don’t… You call them after 90 days of being away from them. Now that I’m used to watching TV through the Roku device, i’ll be going back-and-forth between spectrum and fuboTV depending on what the monthly rate is. My Spectum “deal” ends in September.
