Yea, I said something like this last week in a different thread. I would be careful using all encompassing broad sweeping generalities like “everyone”. There are a good portion of posters who aren’t convinced he’s the answer going forward ... at all!

Maybe I’m alone in this opinion. And thats fine by me ... but I think Ryan Miller while he was a Sabre, was mostly an above average goalie, with one elite year. And it reminds me of how I view Hall now. That’s all.

Hey I was just spitballing ... although we know Hall The way the Sabres know Hall. Perhaps New Jersey has a different feeling or impression or opinion of Hall. I mean he did have a pretty good time there. perhaps the management thinks they could re-capture that and rekindle that with Hall. again just spitballing an idea.
