Eating out has gone up substantially in the past 15 months. Along with supply chain demands/costs and everyone having a different definition of what “living wage” means. Not to mention those that actually want to work instead of living off the govt. teat, this is the new norm. So those that weren’t making a lot of money to begin with, are still not able to afford certain things. It hasn’t gotten better/more affordable for the minimum wage worker. At all. It’s incredible that a typical large pizza used to cost around $18-$22 about 15-18 months ago. Now that same pizza costs $26-$30. And that’s one or maybe two toppings. That’s just one example…. The new norm

LQ did a few nice things for city of Buffalo. But overall, he’s a massive self centered a$$. I’ve run across him in social and professional settings more than once. He’s a prick who loves to talk down to others when he has the opportunity.

Hey, they didn’t interview a giraffe or a giraffe trainer or a giraffe dietician or some other tired giraffe reference. So it’s an obvious fail. *beats dead giraffe gif* Seriously, the Sabres can’t be blamed for interviewing very few candidates. And honestly, no matter who was interviewed, someone would whine about who they did or didn’t interview. It taking too long, or it not taking long enough.

I’m still not sold on Ullmark being a 50-60 games a season above average starter in the NHL. I’d be very cautious assuming he ever will be. I hope hope hope he will be that. I just have reservations.

Oh, is that what happened? Well then … Anyway, I was just asking questions in my prior post because I was looking for those answers. Things I was wondering about.

Does it have to do with him, and him alone? Or is there an element of “team” that is dressed in front of Gibson that has caused the decline? Not to mention coaching. Not to mention the teams they play the most got better overall, while the Ducks remained stagnant or regressed. Did the Ducks goals per game decline the past two years?

For some around here who claim they have a lot of hockey experience… It’s quite stunning how Rolston is brought up as a comparable to Granato. 😂
