Maybe for some fans that’s true. Eichel is way way down on my list of Sabres or ex-Sabres I have disliked over the years.

I’d rather they do this kinda stuff now. As opposed to the years when the Sabres are gonna be awesome!!! 😂

Oh the ever adjusting “moving goalposts everyone’s definition is different” to what a “hit” is when drafting prospects 😂 that’s why there will never be a definitive agreement on how well a team did at drafts. Some think the Sabres suck at drafting for 10+ years. They did nothing right for 10+ years. some look at what other teams have done, and think the Sabres have done rather average at drafting when comparing them. Not great. Not terrible. when I did all those threads about different rounds and how well teams did, in my opinion, I thought the Sabres (when comparing them to all the other teams) were in the middle of the pack with how well they did with drafting. they weren’t in the top 10, and they weren’t in the bottom 10. Most years. And obviously it ebbs and flows from year to year. One or two years Ottawa or Boston, or LA did absolutely terrible, and then a year or two later they did really good in the draft. Again everyone’s opinion is different. And no one‘s convincing anyone to change their opinion on it.

Fact is …. Those who wish to call what KA is doing a “tank” will not convince those who think it’s not a true tank, but more of a rebuild. And visa versa. It’s so futile to debate and think you’ll convince anyone to change their opinion on what KA is doing. No matter how much explaining people do, no one is changing their mind.

If KA trades all three of Dahlin, Olofsson and Skinner and gets picks, 4th liners, and over the hill cap dumps in return, AND he does nothing to improve the team throughout the season … that is true tanking. At least that’s how I see it. I believe KA is in rebuilding mode. I think “tank” is used too liberally. Sort of like how other “trigger” words are used too much. It loses its effectiveness and true meaning. Again, at least that’s how I see it.

Just like we’ve seen year in and year out… A lot can change in one year… Let alone two years. I think 1/3 to 1/2 of the roster today that anyone thinks is going to be here in two years… Most likely won’t be… due most likely to trades. I personally think it’s just an exercise in futility to project what the roster will be in two years. But then again a lot of threads in sports forums are an exercise in futility 😂 So exercise away 🤔

This is exactly what I thought about when my wife and I decided to suspend our season tickets. I already paid $1,500 towards the upcoming season. They offered a deal where if I formally thru an email, ask for my account to be suspended for a year. I can get the exact same seats for the 22-23 season. So they can hang onto the $1,500. And that way i won’t lose my seats or status as a STH. This year (for a few reasons) I’d rather just watch the games at home. I’m glad they offered that choice. Good move.

Heart-healthy oils like safflower oil and rice bran oil are perfect because they can withstand frying temperatures of almost 500° F. Avocado oil and extra virgin olive oil are good healthier oils too. You can also look to “not as healthy” peanut oil and sunflower oil if you’re frying at 450° F, or canola oil and vegetable oil to keep temperatures around 400° F.

It won’t be a few years … if anything, it may be one full season at the most. IMO.

Meh. No real news. Posturing. Alleged “Leaking” info. “Insiders with intimate knowledge”. Someone should take screenshots or keep a record of all these little tidbits that come out… And then compare them with the final definitive plan. My guess is they’re going to be quite different from each other.
