Some people still don’t get this. This is (in part) why the arena isn’t full. It’s an added hassle and expense. And many people don’t want to deal with it. It’s why I’m not going to cross the border into Canada. Yet. And I know many people who feel the same. I really miss you Terrence and Phillip types.

Everybody is different… But you wanted peoples opinions… And people are giving theirs. So I’ll give mine … wear what you want to wear! If it makes you happy… Then go for it. now me personally… And this is just for me personally… when I have gone to Sabres games at the arena, and let’s just say at Sabres against the Rangers… and I see someone wearing a Maple leafs or Habs jersey, or any NHL jersey besides a Sabres or Rangers, I think to myself what the F is wrong with that dude? 😂 Enjoy wearing that Sabres jersey and keep posting! I am pretty much the same exact way… Although I’ll throw on a Sabres hat most games I go to. But that’s it. but it’s not because I’m going to the games… I wear a Sabres hat a lot even outside the games.

I personally would never think nor ever thought, that a contract of any length would mean any player would be a part of that team for a length of time. Too much can and usually does happen. And as we all know … Sabres giving out the C is the kiss of death for that player. Who was the last Sabres player to be awarded the C, and stay the captain of the Sabres for more than 3 or 4 years before being traded? 😂 Was it Peca?

For every 1 of you (with that mindset, which I agree with) … there are 10 Sabres fans who spend money like a drunk sailor on jerseys. Gotta get the 3rd jersey, gotta get the 50th, gotta get the away, gotta get the home, gotta get the auctioned off one, gotta get the hot new player … I personally would never, but I guess there’s worse things to blow money on.
