Yea agree. It’s freaking lame. I’d rather have ties. Or longer OT periods

I said this last game and I think it needs repeating … He’s a developing prospect. He’s gonna suuuuuuck some games. He’s gonna look decent some games. He’s gonna look really good some games. Glad he’s looking good lately. “He’s never going to amount to anything” Is looking more and more like a bunch of ignorant bullshiiiiiii IMHO keep it up Ukko!

Nice pass Sheary. Nice pass. Ugh

I’ll have to go pessimistic on this one. Maybe the fortunes will be reversed. Caps … 5 Sabres … 2 Olofsson, Okposo, or Joker with a goal
-
The Goal Call should not have been reversed per NHL

I couldn’t care less today. What’s done is done. Yawn. -
Tonight's matchup Washington comes to town on the heels of a 4-2 loss to Pittsburgh on Friday. Defenseman Martin Fehervary and forward Tom Wilson both left the game with injuries. The Capitals sit second to the Rangers in the Metropolitan Division with 38 points despite playing without star forwards T.J. Oshie and Nicklas Backstrom, the latter of whom has not played yet this season. Alex Ovechkin ranks second in the NHL with 20 goals and is tied for 43 points. The ageless Ovechkin - on pace to set a career-high in points - needs one power-play goal to tie the NHL's all-time record set by Sabres Hall of Famer Dave Andreychuk. This is the second of three matchups between the Sabres and Capitals this season. The Capitals won 5-3 in D.C. on Nov. 8 behind a two-goal outing from Wilson.

They are handling it behind the scenes.

Brought to you by the hockey media who looooove to label players and looooove it when the kool-aid drinking fans slurp up their write ups/opinions. Please sir can I have another??? I didn't think there were still fans in existence that eat up every syllable of sports media and believe it unquestionably. And then never waiver from believing it no matter what. And have strong adverse reactions when the kool-aid drinking puff articles don't come to pass.

I’m not giving up on Dahlin improving and developing. For me, it’s not a definitive forgone conclusion he will be this “bad” or “inconsistent” for ever and ever and ever. If he’s 26-27 and is still “bad” … then yea, ok. He’s not gonna improve. But hey, that’s how I see it going forward.

He’s a developing prospect. He’s gonna suuuuuuck some games. He’s gonna look decent some games (like tonight). He’s gonna look really good some games. Glad he’s looking good lately. “He’s never going to amount to anything” Is looking more and more like a bunch of ignorant bullshiiiiiii IMHO

Another decent game by UPL. He’s giving them a chance to win. Ugh!

Aaaand not a punch

Against my better judgment… I’ll go optimistic tonight Sabres … 4 Rags … 3 Eakin, Olofsson, or Hagg with a goal

• This is the second of three meetings between the Sabres and Rangers this season. • Last meeting: the Rangers defeated Buffalo 5-4 in New York on Nov. 21, 2021. • The Sabres are 3-5-2 in their last 10 games against the Rangers: 4-2-4 at home. • This is the 195th game all-time between Buffalo and the Rangers; Sabres have an 85-72-37 series record. • The Sabres are 51-29-17 at home against the Rangers all-time.

@Claude Balls needs to add info to the title. Or is the minimalist “low info” approach by design? Meh ….

Yea I have a collection of bobbleheads I’ve acquired over the years. RJ, Hasek, Eichel, and Perreault. I wonder if I missed any…. 🤔

Is Don Granato the best coach the Sabres have had since Lindy Ruff?
