If Eakin doesn’t return next season, I would love to see Cozens grow out the back of his hair to a mullet. we have to have someone with a mullet. Either him or Mitts. -
That’s why those that are anti-Reinhart in any way … I completely dismiss any and all of their hockey takes. I just don’t take them seriously when it comes to considering their opinions about anything about hockey. That’s just me personally.

Honest question … how can any player who hasn’t played one min on an NHL team considered a core player for that NHL team? I guess I consider core players differently.

It’s not all fans… But there is a certain segment of fans that want to lump all these losing years… Into current times. Current coach. Current roster. Current GM. It’s spill over frustration. Some can’t separate the years of GMTM, GMJB, and GMKA. And the same in regards to the coaches. One thing that is the constant… The same ownership group.

• This is the fourth and final meeting between the Sabres and Canadiens this season. • Last meeting: Buffalo defeated Montreal 5-3 in Montreal on Feb. 13, 2022 • The Sabres are 7-3-0 in their last 10 games against the Canadiens; 5-4-1 on the road. • This is the 289th game all-time between Buffalo and Montreal; Buffalo has a 133-114-41 series record. • The Sabres are 56-73-14 on the road against the Canadiens all-time. • The Sabres have won the first three games between these clubs this season, outscoring the Canadiens 14-5 through those games. • A win tonight would give Buffalo its first season sweep against Montreal since 1983-84, when Buffalo won all eight matchups. • Buffalo has previously gained a point in each game of a season series against Montreal in four other seasons: o 2011-12 (5-0-1) o 1996-97 (4-0-1, one tie) o 1994-95 (1-0-2, two ties) o 1974-75 (4-0-1, one tie) • Buffalo has won four of its last five meetings against Montreal dating back to the start of the 2019-20 season.
