Attended First game in two years. Well that was a fun time. Reminded me of games many many years ago. I didn’t like how they handed out the banners. Glad my wife and I each got one, but I can see how people can double or triple dip with little effort. Oh well … I know it’s overpriced arena pizza, but good god that was horrible to eat. Just exquisitely bad. Until they change vendors, I’ll never have that pizza again.

Wife and I be getting there around 5:15 ish. Grabbing a unhealthy overpriced dinner on the 200 level. Take a lap around the arena, then take our seats at precisely 6:38.30. And not before.

Swamp… You are referring to me. I never “told” you it was other reasons besides playing good hockey. I gave you my opinion just like you gave me yours. And I seriously could not care any less if you don’t agree with me. and I’m sure you feel the same when it comes to this topic. To repeat myself again because obviously it needs it… back in October November December and January, it was a combination of reasons why the attendance was so low. One of them was poor play. not once did I say it was not ONE of the reasons. again I couldn’t possibly care less if you’re still butt hurt over my opinion about it being a combination of reasons. Not just poor play/poor record.

Aim to Develop or trade for a “Miller in his prime” level goaltending. And with the current developing young talent, coming in the next year or two, I think the Sabres are only two or three “quality veteran leaders” away from a pretty good team. At least that’s what I think.

As a STH, I put half down in early 2021. I then suspended my account for the entire 21-22 season. So I decided to call account services Saturday and ask them about buying tickets for this game directly with them instead of paying the Ticketmaster vampire fees. Well, they told me because I’ve been a STH for so long, they will give me two tickets to the April 1st RJ game. I was shocked. So I went down there today and picked them up. 👍🏼 So I’ll be there.

No. I love RJ, but he wants to go out on his terms. And he is. And no, a silly social media campaign won’t move the needle at all in regards to him changing his mind IMO.

And some fans eat up the media generated term and hold that player to it for the next 20 years 😂

I view Krebs in the Reinhart mold as far as vision and precision passing, but with more jam/sandpaper.

Cozens is developing well. He has the sandpaper this season. I like it. I hope he improves on his point production next season. Set some realistic off season goals. And come back a little heavier, a little faster, and an improved shot. Maybe on ice workouts with Tage and Okposo.
