Couldn’t agree more… No “WILL to score”… Big reason so few charge the net… Just too many rushed shots with no expectation of scoring… Seems it’s just enough to get a shot off… Too many wide, high or in the chest of the goalie… Adams has assembled a roster of mediocrity.

Compared to the snipers in the All-Star games, our shooters are awful… Girgensons shoots over the net at an open corner from 15 feet in the slot… No poise.

VERY injury prone says it all… Put him in a multi-player package while he still has high value… and get a solid D-man in his prime with playoff experience who plays a physical game with grit… Time to start retooling the roster, Adams

Sabres need a veteran D-man and another couple veteran Forwards with size, grit, and proven desire to compete to win puck, wall, and crease battles. Would trade any current player in the organization to get the right pieces for a Cup run next season… Start now before the deadline… Finish the roster in the off season… Pegula needs to ante up… and KA needs to get to work.

Hope you are right….Tuch was out six months recovering from shoulder surgery when LV traded him… Both he and Samuelson have missed multiple games on IR the past couple seasons as memory serves… Now Quinn injured for multiple weeks after six months recovery from Achilles surgery… Injuries are part of hockey but some players are more susceptible to IR injury than others… Time will tell.

Hoping Quinn is not an injury-prone player… We already have Tuch and Samuelson…

What are the chances KA will take notice and make a blockbuster trade of his own for the Sabres before the trade deadline?

Hahaha… Hmm… Maybe something in between WorkingOnTheirTan… and TwoADays… Nobody begrudges players getting a handful of days R&R in the sun away from Buffalo winter weather… but you would expect a handful of days at the rink working on their game as well… Especially if the Coaches, Captain, and team leaders believe they can still get a playoff spot, unlikely as it is. Time for both work and play during the All-Star break…
