Adams hasn’t shown trade chops yet… Mitts for Byram is a start, if Byram stays healthy… Will be impressed if he moves Samuelson while he has high value for a RH top 4 D in late 20’s… or Tuch for a 20+ goal scorer who plays a physical 200 ft game, likes to be at the net, and goes every game. Show us what you got Adams. You sure sold Pegula… Show us you can sell Buffalo.

Adams seems to like taking gambles on injury prone players… Tuch, Samuelson, now Byram…

Three concussions in his first couple years?… Last concussion Nov ‘21… Likely will see another… He has to clear exam by our Medical Staff, no doubt… Big risk for him to keep playing… Hard for a top athlete to see consequences 20-30 years in the future… For the love of the game.

Unless Dahlin personally wants to square up against the guy the next time they play… prefer one of our other tough guys teach that asshat a lesson he will remember.

That purposeful slash (couldn’t see who did it) was intended to intimidate or hurt Dahlin… It happened a couple minutes before the period ended… Have to believe Dahlin mentioned on the bench or in the locker room between periods… Yet, there was no retaliation by any Sabre at the start of the next period… If Dahlin told his teammates what happened a Sabre should have taken the guy out and dropped gloves… Sure it was a close game, but you have to respond to that kind of cheap shot on a key player. We need a few grown men with stand up courage on this team. It can’t always be let go or fall to Clifton or a kid to respond. If Dahlin said nothing and the team was unaware, I take back everything but the previous paragraph. Do your job, Adams.

For the right pieces, they all should be on the table except UPL, imo. Listening to Adams on the pregame show, didn’t sound like he was going to do much. Maybe give KO and Girgenson a chance with contenders if they want it.

Practices not rigorous?… Strength & Conditioning not enough cardio? Whatever it is, it is a Sabre problem… Jets played last night and never looked gassed all night… They set the tone with a fast, physical game… We didn’t respond.

Tuch had a nice PK shift… Otherwise was a no show…
