I was excited to see him push for a spot this season, but the AHL playoffs have given pause for thought. I hope he plays well enough for at least a handful of games. But no gifts. Crap rule that he has to return to the whl but it is what it is.

It could be cool though if, just before the team steps on the ice, RJs voice is heard saying “Are you ready?”. Just minus the legion of doom bit. the Glasgow Clan do a version of this, they black out the arena and “here is your Glasgow Clan” is shouted, lights on and music right as announcer is done and the team are stepping out. It gets us all hyped.

Would be a good redemption story. But not sure it’s a sane plan on the ice. Would he replace Tuch or Quinn(if healthy). He’s not playing a checking role and does he actually defend?
