I see that you were not able to explain, let me help. There’s an enormous difference between a net front screen in front of the net that prevents a goalie from seeing the puck, and a screen 30 feet out that prevents a goalie from seeing the release in one case the goalie literally cannot see the puck... in the other case the goalie can.

I said Sheary did a great job. If you’d like to counter... explain why a goalie not being able to pick up a shot from 30 feet isn’t soft? Yes, Sheary made a very good play. Yes, picking up the shots release is difficult in that scenario. But it’s still a softie. It’s a save that an NHL goaltender is expected to make.

Because Boyle is acquired to be a face off winning 4th liner, who plays the body hard and gives an honest shift every time he’s on the ice. He’ll take tough d zone matchups and be counted on the tilt the ice. the fact that he’s having one of his better offensive seasons in awhile is irrelevant.
