It was a lazy play. Just a bad play to end a period. They do it a lot. The last 3 minutes of any period you button down and play disciplined smart hockey. It is a different game when the clock gets to that point.

We tried that this season and Levi ended up in the AHL and we had to pull Remer off of waivers. Levi had a whopping 4.12 GAA in the NHL this season. UPL is at 3.11, and he has been inconsistent, but some nights he is very good. UPL won the Tampa game for this team and that was just 2 days ago, remember? Both of them benefit if we fix team defense. Hard to believe that Ruff's team played worse defense than Granato's but they have.

Another bad end of a period. The last 2 minutes of the second period have been a nightmare. They are not a smart and confident team.

I never thought he was Peterka ++ I was never convinced he was the better player between the two. I liked Peterka's speed and his body type is much stronger. No legs and no wind could be that he is lazy and lost. But I want you to be right. I want to be wrong on Quinn. I prefer in the off season that we add a top 6 forward similar to Tuch in size, speed, and skill. I think this player makes Quinn expendable.

It looks like it. We get on these national TV games and there is never any positive buzz from the media for Power either. He is nowhere near Dahlin and the other top defensemen in the league. He is a passive player with some offensive skill.
