His confidence. I would not play him right away. -

Sure, most of us do like the core players. But you can’t fall in love with too many players on this roster because this team is still a work in progress. More players need to be replaced and more experience is needed. If we replace Anderson, Kyle, VO, and Z with talent from within we will be almost as young next season. -
Greedy capitalist America, Very clever take.

I fear they turn this over to Devon Levi and UPL next year. -

How does it look like we have our goalie? What are you seeing? We are still at Tokarski/Dell levels of play. -

True to a point, but how do you explain the losses to CBJ, Philly, and Nashville last night. They are getting killed by the lower tier teams too. Two members of this team have played real playoff hockey - Okposso and Anderson. Both are likely retiring after this season. A few other have a couple games. The veteran leadership is almost nonexistent. Will Adams address that? -

Amazing how this “playoff run” turned into such a fiasco. Very fragile team, nothing in net, and a coach with no answers.- 80 replies

Certainly they had pressure all their lives. They are all AAA and up players. They all fought to play the highest level they could. They were all stars as kids and they all played tournaments and such. The problem comes from not being prepared for the opponent. This is March, not October. The game is not the same. But recently, the goaltending has been so bad that they are following behind and then collapsing. -

Hello Teammates, Punch checking. We had a fantastic dinner and night out in Key West. I caught the last 4 minutes. DEAD. No people, no noise, no life. Does not look like a team fighting for the playoffs. Can’t believe that was a Sabres home game. Check the Stats, Dahlin -2. Tage -2 with a goal and a fight. Probably not a real fight. I’ll look for a video. No goaltending again. Gave up 4 goals on 8 shots in the second. Wow. What a death spiral. -

I would watch it, but I’m on vacation with my wife. We have 645 dinner reservations. No hockey until later. Go Sabres. -
You need equity in the home. The amount you can borrow is a function of how much equity you have. To determine that, they subtract what you own on the house from their appraised market value. The remainder is the equity. The interest rates are market driven. Shop around.

Doubt that. Arizona sent him to the wherever they hit the best offer.

Me too. The type of defenseman I want to add should be veteran and more skilled on defending, playing PK, strong enough to clear out the front of the net, brave enough to get control of pucks under a forecheck, and skilled enough to make good breakout passes. Ok,I just described Rod Langway, but a basic version of him him would be nice. We have 26 and 25 to take care of the flashy stuff. Even Joker is in that mold. I like the Teppo, Lydman, McKee types.

Weaker opponents have beat us well.

Of course it’s good. You’re developing nicely. Now cut the cigarettes down to a half pack a day,and do 100 pushups and 100 sit ups every day this summer. Come to amp ready.

He said an its psychological as the explanation. How to fix it? No answer other than they have to figure it out.

Nope. Stanley from Sloan. -
Internet fantasy. He might be a 32.

Or Michael Peca
-
He did a fine job. It’s not easy doing interviews. Good poise. I like the way he moves laterally and squares up to face the question while staring down the interviewer.
-
His size is a certainly a compelling factor but mostly because we spent a 2nd and 5th on him and I don’t see Adams bringing in many vets at forward with all the talent he has to look at ( Savoie, Kulich, Rousek and Rosen will get a close look in pre-season). Should Kyle or Zemgus leave Greenway will be an option to move to their line, he already has a role on PK. edit: I see you bolded “I expected more physical play”. Why? Because when I watched him in Minnesota playing with Foligno and Reaves he was menacing. Not just tall, but at 235 lbs he was playing a heavy game.
