Samuelsson is playing better than he has on a long time. A bright spot actually. Power seems about the same to me. 1 goal, 3 points, and -5. I see no step up in his game or any inkling that he is going to be more physical this season. Dahlin after 10 games in has 0 G, 7 pts, and is a -8. Still logging a lot of minutes and taking a lot of shots - but he is not himself. They need much more from him if they are going to endure a long season and make the playoffs Byram is playing well. Timmins has been a good add. Really helping the PK too. Kesselring has only played one game. He looked rusty with his passes, but he also looked like a smart player that plays with good positioning and with leverage. Bryson has not hurt them in his 5 games. We have seen the best that he has, he is a 7/8 fill in guy. Ryan Johnson didn't do much good or bad, but he does not seem to be a Lindy Ruff guy. Metsa is a good story and he can hold up for a few games as a call up 8/9 guy. Like Bryson, too small.

What scheme is the Bills offense under Brady? Coleman is also scheme limited as well and he can be covered, often blanketed, by one CB with no deep help. Coleman may win the contested jump ball situations but that is a dangerous way to scheme a play.

I coached youth hockey for 6 years, and I managed a high school hockey club as Board President for another 5 years. My experience was most of the parents are good people, understanding, and supportive. Unfortunately not all. The way some parents acted toward referees of all ages was disturbing. I had my hands full at times. Some parents were also pretty brutal with comments to the coaches, many of whom were volunteers. And of course some were rough on their own kids. I know of a few kids that dreaded the car ride home.

And yet the TNT and ESPN hockey announcers were all ooohhing and ahhhing at what Tage brings. What Tage needs is a playmaking center. He is winger that can finish, and he has some ability to create space for himself. He is almost like a Rick Martin without a Gil Perreault. Or an Alex Mogilny without a Pat LaFontaine.

"Win the trade" is a pointless argument that often changes over time. Two teams trade sometimes for entirely different reasons.

Speed, speed, and more speed. You can’t teach it. Worthy turns short passes into big gains. We also runs reverses effectively. He is outproducing Coleman. A team that needs help at WR, and more team speed in general, passed on the fastest guy in the draft. Worse, they traded the pick to their nemesis.

Shaq already named him Koshack. -
We have 10 points after 10 games. An 80 point pace won’t stop the drought. Starting with 3 losses in a row is a problem. I think this team can be better. The slow starts. Still a lack of urgency and know how. The last two games they had the win at hand and failed to finish. Kids like Kulich, and especially Östlund, are not ready for the roles they are in. But we have no choice Kesselring gets a thumbs up rating tonight in his debut. He had some rust but he got better as the game went on. Looks promising.
