The company I retired from gave me 0 days of paternity leave in 1987 when my first child was born. They gave me 0 days of personal time. They had a policy that vacation was taken in one week segments, and scheduled at least one month prior, with pre approval required. This is one of the great Fortune 100 great companies in the world btw. These ridiculous and stringent rules gradually went away and improved greatly in the 90โs and over time. By the time I retired, all vacation and personal time is accrued weekly, banked for future use, and could be taken at anytime, any way, without pre approval. Maternity and paternity leave is 12 weeks.

Whatโs not to like about this kid? Student athlete that got his degree and took a steady path to the NHL. Good skater and passer. Plays with his head up and he sees whatโs happening. Four years in ncaa helped mature him. My old school thinking said leave him Rochester for a year, and on some teams that might have been his reality. But he can play and he will get better as he matures.

There is time to get in it but it will take a substantial winning streak. Letโs start tonight. We need to score early and often. This is B2B for Buffalo. -
All true. Pat is not perfect. Terry was in his big organization phase and surrounded by โexpertsโ. Why hire a VPOHO in the first place if others were allowed to usurp his wishes. Terry is at the core of the problem, as usual. You see where Briere picked to go.

I agree that he is not a hockey exec. But Terry is central to his leaving abruptly.

Pimlach replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Appert now is 1-0, and has the Sabres highest winning percentage of any coach in Sabres history.
