Damn PA... if we could only squeak out a victory in the first round? Maybe one or two games to make it interesting. 10 straight seasons without advancing. It will be 11 soon. I'm interested to see how the defense responds. they've been playing tired and old for the past couple of weeks. 3 days off should do them well.

this team will be fine if miller can build off of this and the defense get rested. lydman and mckee were playing tired and overworked. kalinin was brutal again but did score that sweet goal as a trailer on a rush. Great end to the weekend and beginning of a 3 day break.

well, provided that miller gives up a few more tonight, i believe the ryan miller experiment for 2005-2006 has come to an end. the team plays better in front of biron. biron plays better than miller. no controversy, but biron needs to be the starter and miller needs to prove himself again. hell, send him to rochester and call up their goalie.

ok enough whistle talk! somehow the sabres found a way to tie it at 3. emery looks shaky and we're getting chances. the third period could go either way, but hopefully the sabres can pull out a victory. i'd love for them to get to 50 wins on the season...

I'm pretty sure that ottawa will win the division, however its not out of the question for the sabres to win. They need help, i.e. ottawa losing out. A hard fought sabres victory, like last night's, will give the sens something to think about heading into the weekend's games.
