Agreed... I'd love to see percentages of how many 3rd's and/or 5th's actually amount to anything. It's quite common in the NFL for mid round picks to turn into All-Pro's but less likely in the NHL I would think.

I agree that everything started to sour with the Lafontaine thing. Still a lot of unanswered questions surrounding his departure. But I think that ship has sailed. I don't see them bringing him, or anyone worthwhile for that matter, in to run the show. TP doesn't seem to get along well with others.

I'm no gamer, but I think it's hilarious to see in EA Sports NHL 21 that Quinn is rated at the bottom of the virtually every player drafted! He was a slight reach at #8 especially when other quality players were drafted after him. Hopefully our draft "gurus" actually got one correct for a change!

Agreed. They have kept the Sabres here and have helped bring a little bit of life downtown. Just not inside the arena where it's supposed to be happening. Regardless of who is in goal, this team is 7-24 in its last 31 games. 4 regulation wins in its last 31 games.... 4!!! To a man, this team has regressed to epic proportions under this soccer coach. How in the hell does he still have a job?!?! Some possible reasons: 1. Money issues for the Pegula "brain trust" 2. They haven't noticed because they are more focused on their daughters success with a little yellow ball 3. Krueger has some dirt on the Pegula's.
