It's time to start moving the dead weight. Bogo, Lehner, one of Larsson or Girgs, Reinhart. Might be time to move Kane. But I'd be looking at ROR. This team won't be a contender for at least a couple more seasons. I'd say 2019-2020 season at the earliest. He would be the player to land that elusive 1/2 defenseman.

Niagara Falls Blvd, Wheatfield. I played all of my games there with the Wheatfield Blades and high school hockey back in the late 70's to late 80's. I used to hang out and wait to skate with Gate, Perrault, Schonfeld and later on with Cyr and Foligno. Great childhood memories.

WPG's speed is impressive. Lots of snipers on that team, they are stacked. Good build for them. Guhle has looked ok, next season when he's up I expect him to still be working out some rookie mistakes, but he should slot nicely as a 3/4. We need speed and beef. Murray's Reinhart choice is definitely a failure. Roll of the dice I guess. But the lack of tangible commitment performance wise by 8 to 10 players across the roster and that horrible Lehner trade are definitely causing some scar tissue.

Tyrod is gone. That is and has been a certainty. Smith isn't something to build around. Age and career progression aren't what Buffalo is looking for nor what we need. I firmly believe Buffalo is going after Kirk Cousins. The reasoning is simplistic. The team has holes to fill. Why trade up costing a high draft pick when you can use those picks to better the team immediately WHILE UTILIZING the free agent market to upgrade at QB. I believe adding a fast outside receiver to stretch the field and a tight end that can run the seam with hands. For WR @ 21 OA Coutland Sutton If he's gone ILB Roquan Smith For TE @ 22 OA Mark Andrews. Since the picks are back to back they're interchangeable to me in any event. But if we can sign Cousins and land Sutton and Andrews, I'd be very pleased.
