  1. Even after hiring John Parry to helping on these type of plays McD still makes a bad decision to challenge.
  2. At least it’s not blocked? Trying to find a positive.
  3. Something has to be done….can’t continue with these mistakes
  4. I like how Zucker is playing but JJP puts that pass in the back of the net.
  5. I’ll say 4 - JJP, Greenway and Zucker (surprisingly) bring their lunch pale each night as well as Tage. But I agree overall with your point. Just can’t win like that.
  6. Thanks Punch. You always did know how to motivate your players. Let’s hope Lindy hasn’t forgotten how to either. I’m on the bandwagon for some healthy scratches (plural) after last night performance.
  7. And I’m watching this game, why? Sunk-Cost fallacy? K.
  8. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to see the Jets make a comeback and beat Houston….But you gotta love the Jet nation meltdown. Good thing they have a top 3 QB on the field to help (32 yards passing) 😏
  9. Dysfunction junction what’s your function? Debilitating coaches, players and General Managers Dysfunction junction how’s that function? I’ve got three simple ways to help you lose your love for game. Dysfunction junction what’s their function? I’ve got Tim, Jack and ROR, they’ll get you very far.
  10. I love the SAT formatted question…. Let’s expound. ‘Stoner’ posts are to SabreSpace as…….
  11. Literally the equivalent of a parking ticket for us.
  12. And a far superior o-line than they have had in years.
  13. So true. If he plays against Houston, the Bills most likely win.
  14. Questions for you. 1. Are you worried that removing JJP from FL#1 would affect their scoring? And that the expected bump to line #2 would not equal or surpass the decline to the top line? 2. Who is the recommended replacement for JJP on the top line? I think Greenway is playing great but can you have two lumbering forwards playing w/ Tage? 3. Why not promote McLeod to 2C and play with JJP and Quinner? Seems like Quinn would do well to play with more speed, not less. And he still gets the benefit of a JJP reunion. In other words, don’t you have to see if the problem is Cozens, not Quinn?
  15. I agree with almost all of this except Cozens. Maybe I’m looking for his faults. I just don’t see too many positives. Missing an ENG, not finishing multiple checks, losing face offs at a furious rate, more shots to the pads, etc. Corsi numbers were OK but again Ruff played McLeod and third line more in 5v5 than Cozens and the second line.
  16. PP drought ends tonight ***** it!
  17. Dead center ice. My brother exceeded expectations this year. Scoreboard is impressive. Let’s F*cking Go!
  18. The Sabres have lost five of the last six against the Stars. Including the debacle at home in ‘23 when they lost 10-4. I’ll be in the barn for tonight’s game. Let’s hope for a fast start. Dallas is playing Boston on Thursday, so Jake is probably sitting tonight. Take advantage of the situation. ps - Shout out to the politicians who control the meteorological conditions. 75 and sunny at the end of October? Marvelous Weather!!!
  19. step away from the bong. Allen, Mahomes and Jackson are top three and no one is close to them. Stafford, Burrow and Herbert are better and top 10. Daniel’s, Love, Stroud and Murray are young up and coming, already better. Carr, Hurt and Goff are probably playing better and I would take them over A-A-Ron.
  20. No turnovers and +10 differential on the season which is the best in the NFL by 3. The Bills PPG ranks 5th but offensively the YPG is middle of the pack. The play of Coleman was encouraging. I liked them going to him late in the game. Maybe momentum carries into next week when the opposition toughens up a bit. Curious decision to take the opening kick. But I guess McD gonna McD. Looking forward to seeing what Cooper can do with a full week of practice.
  21. More importantly, the goal scoring leads to wins. They beat legitimate teams in CAR, LV and VAN. Amazing how good organizations can move on from star players and continue to win. The top line is fantastic, second line good and then JAG’s. I recall questioning them trading for an aging McDonough. Yet there he is playing 20 minutes of shut down D with Cernak and sitting at a +4. More and more likely the East will have one playoff spot available between 8 teams.
  22. Highlights from last night above. The entire second line was less than jake. Consensus is that Cozens should sit but Ruff chose to bench Quinn. Unsure what the lines will look like. The word accountability was bantered about, but it was also determined Ruff missed his chance to hold a player accountable when Mule was not benched.
