Is this a thing? LOL The penalties will keep coming as long as the team continues to work diligently. Their work ethic is what will create the penalties.

No, I'm not worried. He has been a good 2-way player and that will at times take away some opportunities. I'm more than happy that he's not a liability on the ice and willing to be patient waiting for his opportunities to come. If he doesn't "cash in" often enough (or not at all) then I will show a little concern.

A lot of wingers can play either side and some even prefer the off wing, so it may not be as big a deal as you think. Versatility is also a plus with the coach too.
