Botterill Returning Next Season- Kim Pegula

Without the flavor packet. -
Do we know that the Euro leagues are playing as usual or might they also be delayed? Also, won't all this delay affect the guys drafted this year too? What about the 9 game try-outs. We'll have to wait to find out what the other leagues are doing with their schedules to determine these issues. This might be an advantage to some. If CHL starts earlier maybe guys like Cozens can get some games in and be better prepared for NHL season. I don't know how all this would work though.

OT - I just fired someone with my fly down the whole time

Can we please get an "all of the above" option in the poll? Thank you!? -

I like Peanut and he and Bubba J would make a good top D pairing. -
Some people don't feel the same. They say "just look at the Bills".

We're good?

My other issue is that the Habs played 2 more games than we did. If we played those 2 games and won both, we would be in the playoffs instead. Not likely but anything can happen especially if it would screw us on draft position.

What are your memories of the 2030s Sabres?

I just can't wait for the 30th gen icore so we can process all the analytics data. -
Maybe we all need to step back and evaluate, lol. Your 1st quote of my post was like totally ignoring the trees and forest just to make claim of the city smog. I only stated what JBott himself said. The references to the demolishion man were a way of not using that name which almost always causes problems. It was done jokingly. I wasn't trying to defend nor condemn anyone (hence, not creating the smog). I'm at the point where if he's allowed to stay on longer that's fine but, he better make good of that opportunity. If he's canned tomorrow so be it.

Personally, I wanted winning about 7years ago. Bolded...first time I've seen anyone on here refer to Jack, ROR, Sam etc fringe players.
-
I think you quoted the wrong person with your argument.

But, but, but.... Who's in the lottery? Just the bottom 7? If they have a playoff and Montreal wins the cup, do they still pick 8th? We need answers....you are better than this, LOL.

The 31st was with an evaluation year of core players he was left by the previous regime. He then got rid of "what's his name" who was a key piece of that core. Slight improvements over the next couple years after not replacing "you know who". In order to take that next and bigger step, that position needs to be filled adequately now. Botts "should" be in a position to do that with no excuses.

Let's look at the mask argument... They say that the mask doesn't really protect you from getting the virus but keeps you from spreading it more so. If this is true, then the analogy would go something like this.... Your not wearing a mask (just because you don't feel comfortable) and have the virus while not showing symptoms. You go to church and everyone is wearing one but you. You talk to some people around you, maybe sneeze, sing a little, congregate with others at the bake sale. Now, let's say you just introduced that virus to 40 people and 3 end up dead because of you. Isn't that in a sense "involuntary manslaughter"? All those people were wearing masks protecting you and yet you see yourself as the one being inconvenienced. How would you feel if the shoe were on the other foot or if your negligence killed one of your family members? Allot of Frontline workers are experiencing PTSD dealing with patients that they don't really even know dying. Imagine the effects it has on families that can't even get in to say goodbye to loved one and can't have a respectful burial. Maybe their body gets put on an island in NYC in basically a dumpsite unable to visit a proper gravesite. Hopefully this can get you thinking along with others too. You also don't know what will become of this long term. People who have "recovered" are having permanent damage to organs. Those people who may have been like yourself are in the "with underlying conditions" status now. The "herd" mentality may seem reasonable now, but how will you feel when you become one of those rejected by the herd?

I don't see it....who hired all management for both teams? The owners are only 50/50 in hiring. If they fire JB/RK, that percentage will change one way or the other. But their success at OBD means nothing. Edit: I said 50/50 but if you count Darcy/Lindy and Murray/Nolan/Rolston/Bylsma, then it's much worse. OBD only looks more like luck rather than proof of anything.

Matthews went and played in Switzerland in his pre-draft year. He came out of Team USA though.
-
Can he play in Europe as a 3rd option? He would be playing against men and possibly higher quality opponents than WHL.

I'm not sure if you tried to make this point but, these kids are often away from home living with billet families which makes it even harder for the parents to see what's going on.

True or false: Risto was much improved under Ralph?

But not nearly a Ramsey, Hajt, nor Horton. -

Maybe one of our analytics people can confirm but, didn't he show his better numbers playing paired with Pilut? If so, that's a far cry from the type you are suggesting and might be food for thought. Just asking for 2 friends, a co-worker, 4 total strangers, and my wife. -

Sabres signing Olofsson's brother Jesper
MakeSabresGrr8Again replied to nfreeman's topic in The Aud Club
Which Wikipedia? One says he was born in April '92 and another says Nov 93. I even saw one saying they were step brothers of Brian/Stephen Gionta. -
Just a suggestion......maybe you (and others) could make a post here and in the political thread when you feel the need to discuss further. Your post here could reference the political post, something like....... Curt: This covid thingie yada yada my neighbor yada yada admitted yada yada symptoms etc. (please see my post in politics thread --date/time). Just a suggestion.
