    Man, this team doesn't do anything quickly. Every pass is either to the next players wrong side, or when they finally string a couple quick passes together and get the defense slightly behind, the next Sabre will wind up and delay until the defense is back in the lane, and then shoot. :wallbash:

    Sometimes it's orchestrated to create urgency in other bidders, sometimes it just gets out (although historically not so much with Buffalo related news), and most often it's complete B.S. from our all-too-connected social media rumor-monger wildfire. Most often rumors don't come true; on the other hand most trades that do end up happening, had some rumor behind them.

    They play at Niagara (St. Catharines) Thursday but they have a game at Belleville (between Toronto and Ottawa) tonight first.

    I just don't understand the timing part if this rumor is true. If you've got a deal, who gives a ###### about the stadium series? If they (league or either GM) cared either way, you'd think they'd want news to break then while everyone's watching.

    No to Bishop. It would be next to impossible to play hockey while only moving diagonally.

    And those of us hitching a ride on the tank will wonder what could have been if we didn't have to spend assets to get into the draft position we could be in by a few different lineup decisions along the way and still have those assets to boot.
