Looking back at our overall history it’s quite stunning how few really good teams we have put together. This is a historically bad franchise for its sport.

I live in Florida and last year my family rebelled and said we are rooting for the Panthers. It was an enjoyable experience watching that cup run. I didn’t even feel bad about it. The Sabres deserted us a long time ago.
