  1. Mini-Pack's went on sale today for the general public (existing Mini-Pack holders went on sale last week).
  2. That's a fair argument to make. I just wonder is it a PPR or non-PPR league? If it's PPR then you're probably going to be fine but if it's non then I would be worrying about my running backs. Sure AP may end up being the best RB in Fantasy Football. But if it's a standard league then I usually like have an RB as my flex and not only do you not have a reliable RB flex but you don't even have a reliable number 2. Gurley could be a decent RB2 but to me he's still a crap shoot. He's got great potential but is injured and may not get significant playing time until atleast Week 4 and then you have to consider even then he's stuck in the Rams offense. To me the opportunity cost of passing on another running back like Chris Ivory, Doug Martin, Stewart or Abdullah (which some or all should have still been available) is too much for me. But who knows. That's the beauty of fantasy football is you can win many different ways and there are no hard and fast rules. I was just giving you a hard time. After finishing last season 5-11 I probably don't have any credit in this league to be razing anyone else :flirt:
  3. But who cares? I'll never understand the need to take a D in the middle rounds when there are so many other difference makers that can be selected there. Kicker and D should be taken in the last two rounds as defenses change from one year to the next and are not overly predictable. Plus, do you just run them out there against a good team? Say for the Bills, are you starting them against the Colts Week 1? I donno, I've found streaming D is the best way to go as most of the time you just end up with 4 or 5 points at the end of the day anyways. Only ones that go off score defensive TD's and that's just too hard to predict.
  4. I think I just puked in my mouth. Did you really take the bills d in the 6th round?!?! I thought you were ok up until then but couldn't read the rest. Unless your league scoring for d is 50'points per interception and 25 per sack I hope your team crashes and burns (emoticon of dude sticking out tongue)
  5. You could also use a RB upgrade and I could use a TE. Hmmm..... Edit - Are you really rocking Frank Gore and Andre Williams Week 1?!
  6. 1,374 yards and 9 total TD's is a pretty nice season last year. That's solid to high end RB2 numbers as my number 3 guy. All reports out of Miami is he has looked good in training camp. Edit - He was ranking 9th in standard scoring last year. So my three backs ranking 2, 8 and 9 overall last year. I'm going to need a similarly huge year from them again as I don't have any top tier (or middle tier) wideouts.
  7. What I lack in WR I gain in spades at RB. I have the best group of RB in the league and it's not even close......
  8. That's excellent news! Thanks for the update. I assumed he would be living with a vet and his family but glad to read it's actually happening. Gionta would have been my first choice but this will do.
  9. Looking through everyone's depth chart I think you're looking like one of the best if Ellington can stay healthy. Freeman and Sankey are likely backups on their own team so you could be in trouble with any injuries but as a starting group it's pretty good. PS I was praying Cobb fell to me in the second round and I wanted Cameron to fall to me in one of the later rounds. You took him one spot before me in both cases!
  10. So I get an NFL.com email 'ranking and projecting' my team. Projection: 0-14 Wow. Out to prove the doubters wrong. Edit: My odds of making the playoffs is projected at 1%. 1%?!?!
  11. Looks like you're in and started with a good live pick. Good luck.
  12. Should be on your home page. League is called Sabrespace
  13. no, nfl.com/fantasy
  14. By the time you get to Flying Bison Rusty Chain you will be taking Taylor in the fifth round
  15. HAHHAHAHA, you have my dreaded 11 spot I see. It didn't work out for me last year in that spot. Hint - don't take Montee Ball at 11.
  16. Well I'm picking first, I sware it was randomized lol. Last year I picked 11th.
  17. Ink was tied for last....can't remember off of the top of my head with who. You can't beat grey goose with some soda and lime.
  18. That sounds like a good combo. My Rollin rock may need an upgrade after reading that BOOM!! Reigning champ bringin it already!
  19. About to put the kids down and then grab a cold one. No matter how the draft goes you always feel good about it if ur a few deep
  20. We already answered your questions above lol. Yes it is a full PPR. No to your qb question. Only one will start per week.
  21. Very nice :w00t:
  22. Child please. This season I'm going to score more times than your sister all dolled up on a Saturday night at da club.
  23. I know this is strange saying it now, after the DUI charge, but I still think this guy is future captain material. Plays an all out game and reminds me of Captain Clutch Chris Drury. He is young enough to be part of this core the duration of his remaining 7 years and will give Sam and Jack the time necessary to learn the pace of the game without being thrown into top line minutes.
  24. Thanks Mods for Pinning this. No it's only one QB playing at the same time but QB TD's are now worth 6 points instead of 4. It is full point PPR.
