The NHL sells them mid October through ticketmaster. They are virtually impossible to get directly; they sell out in seconds. Second hand is the only way, about $400 per ticket maybe $450.

I like how it said we have a more national draw than the Isles; this is very true. Look how we travel in all of our road games. Look how many Sabres fans have migrated to other parts of the country. Our tv ratings are the highest in the states. Not to mention even in the Adirondacks you're more likely to see a Sabres fan rather than and Isles fan.

Switch is already the fastest selling Nintendo console of all time. Wait til virtual console is released it will outsell Sony and Microsoft just like the Wii did two generations ago. Nintendo hardware isn't going anywhere. Nintendo is not Sega.

I'm indifferent to expansion but the team name screams 70s WHA and this amuses me.

I wouldn't blame our league- leading shots allowed on Lehner rebounds. The shootout, IMO, doesn't belong in the NHL it's a skills competition and not hockey. I like Lehner, don't like our defense.

Today, 11:06 AMJust out of curiosity, why would Eichel be the problem? He hasn't been as vocal as day Lehner has been. And I haven't heard anywhere that he's a bad locker room guy.

We will have to win 6/10 for our final stretch to tie last season's 82 points. DB needs to go. His play not to lose system, his zero passion and tolerance for mediocracy is a plague.

Wonder what our franchise shootout round record is? NHL record is 20 rounds and before that it was 15.
