  1. Aww come on guys, afternoon games are good family fun. Kids love hockey games.
  2. Oh my goodness no. This sounds like something my mom would ask.
  3. All I know is my sweater is a Reebok home one without a name, figured it would be future proof! It cost me like $200 five years ago. I have a nice matching hat too. I'm not changing anytime soon. Only reason I have directv is for MSG; a $1200 annual Sabres habit. On top of dropping about $700 once a year on my annual pilgrimage to see a Sabres game, we're looking at $2k a year on Sabres already. Hope they bring back the royal blues though that would be sweet... Okay on second thought, who am I kidding I'd be getting some new gear by Christmas lol.
  4. Wish it would be Adirondack some day now that glens falls is ECHL.
  5. The last FPS that I really, really loved was the last Time Splitters on GameCube. And that of course was from the team that made goldeneye if memory serves me. Fighters, platformers and racing games have always been my favorite. Im old school though and dont have internet.
  6. For me some of it is nostalgia, another part of it is the "pick-up-and-play" aspect. Deep, immersive games with long stories are awesome but I like to pick up a game, play an hour or two and be done til next time. Also I grew up on SF2 it takes a long time to truly master a fighting game.
  7. Ugh I hope not ????
  8. My 2003 hyundai elantra is suddenly loud while idling, under the hood. Thinking cracked manifold or some type of leak. Mo money mo money
  9. Picking up Street Fighter 2 Final Challengers tomorrow for switch... There goes my weekend lol.
  10. I recently bought LOTR trilogy on blu ray at Target for $15. Think I'm going to watch it tonight, have never seen it.
  11. I still say trade the pick but I like Liljegren.
  12. Once again, Derek Forbort comes to mind
  13. LTS that sounds awesome man! Let me know how it goes, I really don't think they'll know it's na. Make sure it's the dry hopped Clausthaler (there are several beers from Clausthaler). ☺
  14. I could see that too. There is of course no way to measure that before it happens but I catch that vibe too. He has an air about him that exudes confidence and I think he'd be all over the place in playoff hockey.
  15. If he's traded I don't think it would be within our own division. I personally hope he gets extended long term.
  16. The entire locker room should ignore Hamilton next season if the things he is alleging are in fact not true.
  17. Good for sens. Wouldn't mind seeing Pitt get beat in game 7 now.
  18. Never heard of him, but it really does feel like we are becoming the Buffalo Penguins lol.
  19. Okay so guys please don't bust on me for not drinking alcohol (I don't at all), but I actually love beer. I drink na beer everyday. Clausthaler dry hopped is my favorite, the only na IPA I've ever found. It's very very good. Cascade hops. If I gave it to you you wouldn't know it was na. Also I like old Milwaukee na (kind of like PBR) and Labatt Blue na. Also Becks na.
  20. Yes I suppose, good points indeed. But when language such as no other nhl city has anything on nashville etc is thrown around, thats when the lofty, generational comparisons are to be made. I agree with what you said though, and heck if we can see more Austin Matthews types coming out of non traditional US markets then that's awesome in my book. Nashville ain't buffalo, toronto, etc is my point.
  21. Show me how big hockey has become in Tenesse, links to all the youth programs (not just one or two) and prospects coming out of Tenesse please. Also I doubt they'd have much of a following if preds were at the bottom of the league standings, which they will be eventually as all teams are.
  22. True good point.
